If you are a Muslim female, it isn't permitted to marry a non-Muslim man. Such a marriage wouldn't be valid. You should find a way to not listen to your mother if she is the one trying to force you to marry a non-Muslim.

If her father prevented her from marrying a suitable believing man for no valid reason, his authority drops and she may marry without his permission. The father rejecting the boy for not 'being a sayed' isn't a valid reason. This practice is usually found in the indo-pak region and is due to Hindu caste system influence. All scholars permit marriage between sayed and non Sayeds.

it isn't necessary for everyone to go hawza although it is obligatory upon some to do so. Whether one is working or studying their secular studies, there is so much Islamic content online for one to learn from. One needs to see what their overall ambitions and goals are. If you feel you want to fulfill a secular career while also gaining Islamic knowledge, then this can be achieved. Yes, it may be at a slower pace, but it is possible. 
 

There are many great online hawzas which will teach you many of the same books and sciences you would learn abroad in hawza. 
 

Some of these online seminaries I can recommend are Imam Sadiq Online Hawza and Hujjah seminary. There are also other online shia hawzas too which you can study at your own pace and fit in with your schedule.

According to many scholars, one should completely avoid serving alcohol and pork meat. Some other scholars such as Sayed Muhammad Shirazi, stated that one can serve pork only to non-Muslims. You would need to check this with your marja to see what their ruling is.

The concept of stoning isn't mentioned in the Quran but is mentioned in the ahadith. 

Stoning is also found in various passages in bible such as the following: 

"20 If, however, the charge is true and no proof of the young woman’s virginity can be found, 21 she shall be brought to the door of her father’s house and there the men of her town shall stone her to death. She has done an outrageous thing in Israel by being promiscuous while still in her father’s house. You must purge the evil from among you."

Deuteronomy 22:13-21

Therefore, no one from the Christians or Jews can try to argue that such a punishment is evil or wrong since they all believe that God legislated it at one point or another. 

As for the Islamic view, stoning is among the various Islamic penalties (hudūd) however, such punishments have different conditions in order for them to be implemented. It is not a simple matter for such punishments to be implemented and not any random person can do so. 

In the case of stoning, 4 upright and just witnesses must have witnessed the sexual penetration occur at the same time. This is stated in ahadith such as from Imam Ja’far al-Sadiq (as) where he gives the analogy of the act being seen like how a pencil is dipped in a pot of ink. 

Now such a condition is very difficult to be achieved and this leads one to believe that such a punishment, is meant to be more of a deterrent and highlight how grave the sin of adultery is.  

So adultery if not proven by witnesses, would then be proven by admission of the person or both parties. We find that narrations show that whenever a punishment of stoning was carried out, this would have been done due to multiple admissions by the ones who did it. The philosophy of Islam however encourages one to not expose their sins and that they should instead, sincerely repent.

Some of the ulema would also state that such punishments can only be administered under the government directly led by the ma’soum and that within our current time, these punishments, wouldn’t be able to be carried out due to the absence of ma’soum. 

Such punishments are meant to also be a purifier in this world and the punishment of the world, is way lighter than that of the akhira.

Yes you are correct, all power originates from Allah swt and no human being or creature can do anything without the power that Allah swt has given them. 

About the imams (as), we say that they have a very high status with Allah swt; therefore if they make dua for someone, then there is more of a chance of our requests being accepted through them. 

For example we can commit sins which block our Duas from being accepted, where as the imams (as) are of a status we cannot comprehend, and their duas are always answered. Just like if one in this life knows someone who is known to be pious. Yes, they can ask Allah swt themselves and make dua, but another way to get to Allah is by asking other believers to make dua for them as the supplications of the very pious people are more powerful. No one but a Jahil would claim this to be shirk. 

This doesn’t negate the fact that a person should regularly and directly call on Allah swt especially through the Duas that the prophet and imams (as) taught us as they know how to best speak to Allah swt. Going through Ahlul Bayt (as) for one’s needs to be accepted is perfectly acceptable as long as one does so with the right aqeeda. One should know that rizq is only from Allah swt and the imams (as) do not give rizq but ask Allah swt for it. In this sense, they are the door of one’s needs.  

It is also attributed to Imam Sadiq (as) that he said the following about 40:60 of the Quran: 

1 heard Abu Abdullah (as) and he said: 

‘Allah' does not Leave us to ourselves and had He Left us to ourselves, we would be like the ordinary people, and we are those Allah Mighty and Majestic Said: "Supplicate to Me, I will Answer you. [40:60)

So while the verse is general and encourages one to make dua to Allah swt, it shows here how it is applied in the specific sense of the imams (as) being those whose supplications are answered, and there is no contradiction between the both explanations of the verse. 

Therefore if one visits any of the shrines of the prophet or imams (as), they may ask them to make dua to Allah swt for them. This is not shirk as nawasib try to claim and they have no evidence to prove so.
 

For the sake of the argument let us say that we thought that the prophet and imams (as) could hear people at their shrines but in reality they couldn’t; would  someone who spoke or asked them for something have committed shirk? No not at all. In the the worst case a person who spoke or asked them something would of just done a pointless action and not shirk (if we assumed the prophet and imams couldn't hear). 

This isn’t case though as the prophet and imams (as) hear the words of the believers at their shrines and know about those who visit them.

It isn't wajib for one's parents to live with them. Yes, one can live with the in-laws however in many cases it has caused issues in marriages. It is your right upon your husband to have a comfortable home and your own privacy. Yes, he can perhaps get his mother to move closer if he wants to have a good relationship with her but it wouldn't be recommend for her to move in if this would cause you discomfort. This should be voiced to your husband that it isn't obliged for you to accept this if it may cause issues.

If you are 100% sure that the chocolate packet touched a part of the floor that definitely became najjs, and that the chocolate packet had moisture on it, then yes it would be najis. This would easy to purify as you could merely put the packet under a tap or just remove the chocolates. If however the floor was dry and so was the packet, then it isn't najis.
