Wilayah Tashri'iyyah is an authority granted by Allah (The Glorious) to few of His most humble servants to make suitable rules in certain situations according to The Wisdom of Allah ( SWT), e.g. Al-Khidhr killed the young boy according the Wilayah Tashri'iyyah, although it was unaccepted by many who did not understand the authority granted by Allah to Al-Khidhr.

The Prophet Muhammad (SAWA) and his holy Progeny Ahlul Bayt (AS) were also granted Wilayah Tashri'iyyah by Allah (SWT) in certain situations best known to Allah (SWT).

Imam Musa Al-Kadhim (AS) ordered Ali Ibn Yaqteen to perform Wudhu and Salah according to Sunni way even when he is alone, because he was under the secret inspection of the Sunni rulers and Imam wanted to save him from the danger of being killed by them.
