Qadhi No'man Al-Masri narrated Hadeeths from the Imams after Imam Al-Sadiq (AS) using indirect names of them which is a clear evidence that he was a follower of the 12 Imams but he did not narrate Hadeeth from the 21 Ismaili Imams. Mentioning their names was because of the Fatemi government which appointed him as Qadhi.
