Ghusl

Ghusl (Arabic: غسل‎) is an Arabic term referring to the full-body ritual purification mandatory before the performance of various rituals and prayers, for any adult Muslim after having sexual intercourse, ejaculation or completion of the menstrual cycle, although wudu or just sleep, without either, are the lesser stages of purity that is acceptable. The washing is also recommended but not required (i.e. it is mustahabb) before Jumu'ah and Eid prayers, before entering the ihram in preparation for Hajj, after having lost consciousness and after formally converting.

If your menstruation days are regular and you performed the Ghusl after the end of your menstruation days, then blood after your menstruation days is not menstruation but just Istehadha in which you need to perform Salah after performing Wudhu for every Salah.

If posts are not blood, then no Ghusl is obligatory again.

If there is just a color on the skin or the nail, it does not harm Ghusl, but if the substance formed a layer preventing water from reaching, then Ghusl will be invalid unless it was for medical reason (Jabeera) where wiping over the bandage  is allowed.

You may contact your Marje' of Taqleed and write full details of the situation and the reasons, then wait for his reply.

If you are sure that your Wudhu or Ghusl were invalid for invalid reason, you will then need to redo your prayers.

As for Wudhu yes and you need to repeat it.
As for Ghusl also yes, but you may be able to make it valid very easily.
So if this dry part is in your left side of the body you can make it wet with the intention of Ghusl and this way your incomplete Ghusl will become complete and valid (The reason is in Ghusl, Muwaalaat i.e. "not creating distance between the components of a task" is not a condition for validity but in Wudhu it is!)
According to Sayyed Khamenei if this dry part is in your right side of the body you have to make it wet and also wash the left side as well because in his viewpoint, the sequence of head and neck then right then left side has to be observed according to obligatory precaution. same is with the head and neck i.e. if the dry part is in your head and neck you have to repeat on right and left part again.
According to Sayyed Sistani, if this dry part is in your right part of the body also you can make it wet with the intention of Ghusl and there is no need to wash the left part afterwards.
But if it's in head and neck then you need to wash the body afterwards.

Repeated doubts in Ghusl or Wudhu or Prayers can be from Shaitan to disturb you. That is why Ahlul Bayt (AS) have ordered those who have repeated doubts to ignore such doubt and go ahead with out giving ant attention to the doubt.

Ignoring the repeated doubt will help you to get rid of it.

It is not wajib to immediately do ghusl, and is permissible to postpone, as long as it will be done before the next wajib prayer, or in the case of the month of Ramadhan, before fajr.

However, it definitely is not a good thing to do, based on our ahadeeth. Hadiths say to do it immediately. Why would one choose to stay in the state of inner impurity? You cannot enter the mosque, recite parts of the Quran, touch the Quran. It is makruh to eat, or drink, or sleep, and all the other things that are makruh.

Why would one deprive himself/herself of many blessings of being tahir?

Therefore, best thing is to become accustomed to do ghusl straight away, and always try to be in state of taharah.

And Allah knows best

Therefore,

Ghusl janabah will not become wajib unless there is ejaculation, or penetration.

The amount of penetration is the glans penis, which is the tip or top portion of the penis (called ḥashafah).

If there is penetration, to that extent or more, ghusl janabah becomes wajib upon both husband and wife.

And Allah knows best.

When Ghusl is obligatory for any reason including sinful acts, it remains obligatory till Ghusl is been performed. All Prayers and fasts which were performed with out Ghusl must be made up as Qadha.

If you are not sure about the exact numbers of days or prayers , you must take the number which is confirmed and make it up. Making more days up is a precaution.

This would depend on:

1. What type of ghusl it is.

2. The fatwa of your Marja' taqleed.

So, please refer to your Marja' taqleed.

And Allah knows best.
