Having tattoos is allowed in principle provided it should not include any holy name of Allah (SWT) or any Infallible, and it should not be exposed by female to non Mahram men.

Tattoo does not harm Wudhu because it does not make a layer in the skin but just color which does not prevent water from reaching the skin while Wudhu or Ghusl.

if you touch the unwashed dead body with the wet hand then your hand becomes Najis so if you touch another thing with that hand while it is wet that thing will become najis too.
But touching the dead body with dry hand doesn't make your hand najis and the only duty is to perform Mayyit touching Ghusl.

It is the same grave which the dead believer buried in. He feels and enjoys the paradise bounties even if his physical body turns to soil but he remains in his soul and spirit feels the happiness.
