The brother and sisters would not inherit because they belong to the second category and as long as any member of the first category exists, members of the second category would not inherit. 

In the case of your question, according to the fatwa of Ayatollah Khamenei, the wife would inherit one eighth of the assets and the rest would be divided equally between the daughters.

No, it is not true and there is no evidence for that. The person who has stated it has long claimed that he has the correspondence and has deposited it in a safe box in London, which is ludicrous. The truth of the matter, as explained by Ayatollah's son, was that one of the Iranian students of Einstein, professor Hesabi, meets Ayatollah Boroujerdi in Qum. Knowing that he was a student of Einstein, the Ayatollah asks him about the Einstein's relativity theory. After a detailed explanation and some technical questions by the Ayatollah the latter finally says:

سلام مرا به آقای انیشتین برسان و بگو شما موفق شدید از فیزیک روزنه‌ای به متافیزیک باز کنید

"Convey my regards to Mr Einstein and tell him that you have managed to open a widow from Physics to Metaphysics."

That is all. 

Wudu is a worship and cannot be replaced by ordinary washing or shower. The recommended ghusls are described in books of fiqh and you cannot make ghusl out of those described.  

The punishments of Allah are consequential not conventional. In other words, as the Quran mentions, they are the consequences of our actions, or as some believe they are the embodiment of our actions returned to us. Its pain is to change something in the heart and soul so that the evil doers can have a change of heart and attitude and be capable to accept the mercy and blessing of God and go out of hell. 

There is no difference in this regard between any of the grandchildren. As long as a child lives his or her children or the children of other siblings would not inherit. 

There are no castes in Islam. Q: 49:13 says:

O mankind! Indeed We created you from a male and a female, and made you nations and tribes that you may identify yourselves with one another. Indeed the noblest of you in the sight of Allah is the most God wary among you. Indeed Allah is all-knowing, all-aware. 

Sayyed Ibn Tawus reports a hadith from Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq that if you wish prolongation of the life of your friends, your family members and yourself, recite the following dua:

اَللّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ اَللّهُمَّ اِنَّ رَسُولَكَ الصّادِقَ الْمُصَدَّقَ صَلَواتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ قالَ اِنَّكَ قُلْتَ ما تَرَدَّدْتُ فى شَىْءٍ أَنَا فاعِلُهُ كَتَرَدُّدى فى قَبْضِ رُوحِ عَبْدِىَ الْمُؤْمِنِ يَكْرَهُ الْمَوْتَ وَاَكْرَهُ مَسآئَتَهُ اَللّهُمَّ فَصَلِّ عَلى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَجَّلْ لِوَلِيِّكَ الْفَرَجَ وَالْعافِيَةَ وَالنَّصْرَ وَلا تَسُؤْنى فى نَفْسى وَلا فى اَحَدٍ مِنْ اَحِبَّتى

Yes this practice is considered as gambling. In general any practice which involves a prize achieved from the property of the participants is gambling.

If the prize is provided by the money collected from the message rate, then it would be a gamble and is not permissible.

There are no slaves today in the Muslim world, and thus the question is out of context and bears no benefit.

Verse number 89 of Sura al-M'idah has clearly legislated the compensation for a broken oath. 

"The atonement for it is to feed ten needy persons with the average food you give to your families, or their clothing, or the freeing of a slave. He who cannot afford] any of these [shall fast for three days. That is the atonement for your oaths when you vow. But keep your oaths. Thus does Allah clarify His signs for you so that you may give thanks." (5: 89)

According o this verse, the compensation of an oath in our time would be to feed ten poor individuals or provide clothing for them. In case this is not affordable, he person must fast for three consecutive days.
