Hirz (Taweez) of Imam Jawad (a) for Protection
The Hirz, Ta'weez of Imam Al-Jawad alayhi as-salam, for protection.
One of the most common Hirz or Ta'weez that has been narrated from the Ahl al-Bayt, alayhum as-salam, is that of the ninth Holy Imam, Imam Muhammad Ibn Aliyun Al-Jawad alayhi as-salam. This is sometimes placed inside the rings or indeed written and carried by people for protection and safety.
There are a number of Hirz attributed to Imam Al-Jawad alayhi as-salam, but one of them which is easy to recite and indeed write and carry, is the following:
Oh Light, oh Proof, oh Apparent, oh Illuminating, oh Lord, protect me from evil, as well as the calamities of this life. I ask You to grant me success on the Day the trumpet is blown.
You can read this regularly or indeed write it on a piece of paper and carry it with you. The 'Hirz' is found under the video.
